Thursday December 5th, the boys started off their season at D’Evelyn against Sierra High School. The Eagles cruised to a dominant victory against the Stallions thanks to the help of Darnell Kindred dropping 24 points along with 7 rebounds. The following day, they traveled to D’Evelyn again to play the D’Evelyn Jaguars. Home advantage was not enough for the Jaguars after the Eagles had a dominant second half, taking the win 78-57. The Eagles star player of the game, Kindred was able to drop 30 points, 7 rebounds and 1 assist. Brenden Harding and Marvin London Jr. were also a big help to the Eagles both dropping 15 points each. That Saturday the Eagles traveled to Golden to face off against the Demons. The Eagles were able to battle hard the whole game but still came up short losing the game 62-59. Against Golden, Marvin London Jr. was able to lead the team in points dropping 19 points, also with 6 rebounds and 3 assists. Kyle Miller was able to drop 18 points with 1 rebound. The Eagles then traveled to Ponderosa High School last weekend and ended up winning the Ponderosa tournament.
